It allows you to use rich visual and, when desired, audio media content on your information screens. Meeting or conference directions are automatically displayed on the floor guidance screens according to the daily schedule. All content can be displayed on the screens using pre-designed templates or custom templates designed for each meeting.

Special announcements, such as blood drives and birthday celebrations, can be broadcast and, when desired, integrated with alarm systems to provide emergency guidance.

By integrating with your business's door turnstile systems, guest information and attendance can be sent to authorized personnel and displayed on meeting room screens.

Additionally, by adding a kitchen module, kitchen orders can be entered and received information can be tracked from tabletop touch screens during meetings.
